Main article: Search for Tsunade Search for Tsunade (綱手探索, Tsunade Tansaku) is an arc from Part I of the series. This arc sees the first appearance of Akatsuki as well as the competing attempts of Jiraiya and Orochimaru to recruit Tsunade. It spans through volumes 16 to 19,[4] or more specifically, covers chapters 139 to 171 of the manga and episodes 81 to 100 of the Naruto anime.

Ah! It looks like it's beginning to rain!

Wait, who died? jk

So I was extremely hyped for this episode for the boys' reactions. Here's what they thought:

Well firstly they were oddly silent which is very rare. They watch and listen but usually they always have something to say, to imagine, to ask, etc. Today I barely heard them. Although I can't comment much on what they thought or felt I can say that they were visibly sad the Hokage died. Hussayn especially but he likes to act like a baby so it could be that as well.

I have to say though. An episode of peace and silence until the very end. ITACHIIIII. They were as gassed as I was and I really enjoyed their crazy reactions. They were so hype we had to exceed bed time by 20 minutes to watch the next episode!

Brilliant end to an iconic arc. I hope this arc marks them as much as it did me
